Welcome to Product Reviews

Product Reviews are a section where we get to take some fitness equipment, video, whatever it is and take a look at it.  We want to give you the informed information of someone who actually will use it and pass on whether it's a good workout, healthy for you, whatever it is.  We're going to target those things you see on the infomercials, the things that you wonder if it works or not, the pills, the quick fixes.  Whatever it is, if it's health or fitness related, we're going to give you an opinion on it.  It's the opinion of someone who wonders if it works too.
